TransAsia offers a specialized Program for Indian Students. Our airline flight training program has been specially designed for students with no flying experience. Your airline pilot training will be a minimum of with 220 hours at least 100 hours pilot in command time and 15 hours multi engine training. The airline pilot training is offered for a competitive price and takes from 6 to 8 months depending on your ability.
On program completion you will receive a fully DGCA compliant Commercial Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating for single and multi engine aircraft from theregional civil aviation authority. You will also be given documentation, approved by the DGCA, which will ensure you have a straightforward and swift license conversion when you return to India.
In India you will have to pass three DGCA written examinations and obtain a Flight Radio Telephone Operator’s Licence. You will then be able to apply for pilot vacancies with the Indian Airlines. On returning after flight training study material and classroom training will be provided to Indian student. Additional assistance in paperwork, documentation and form-filling will be provided to ensure smooth conversion to Indian CPL.
